(More customer reviews)This watch is gorgeous and substantial.It came with protective plastic over the crystal and case back.The bracelet was in shrinkwrap plastic and the clasp also had protective plastic over each side.I have ordered and returned watches before from different places that were not new, and it's very frustrating when that happens.This watch is extremely stylish and exactly what I was looking for.Bracelet is generous, and I'll need to have some links taken out.
